A thorough cleaning by a professional like Interior Care is usually all you need to get your hardwoods looking new again. We can remove dirt, repair small scratches and add oil to restore the wood’s original luster.
Our process begins with a thorough vacuuming, before our technicians use advanced equipment to remove grime and build up. We then offer two floor finishes: satin or high-gloss polyurethane. This is applied after your floors are resurfaced. Interior Care is proud to use WOCA Fine Natural Oil Finishes.
Our Renewal Service is recommended for heavily scratched and damaged floors. This is a more affordable alternative to floor refinishing. Otherwise, our simple Repair Service will fix scratches, dents, and water and mould, as well as damage including buckling, gaps, cups, or twisting.
Produced by Woodcare of Denmark (WOCA), this product is the leading environmentally responsible and durable wood finish. It contains no artificial colour pigments or preservatives. WOCA products meet or exceed North American standards for volatile organic compounds.
WOCA is easy to apply and quickly penetrates wood. When it hardens, it forms a durable surface that bonds to floor. This helps the wood absorb normal wear, and protect against small scratches and indentations. The oil finish still lets the wood breathe through its surface.
Normal cleaning is easy using WOCA soap by simply mixing it with warm water and mopping periodically. WOCA soap contains soy and coconut fats, which dry as an invisible film on the surface to give the floor added protection.
